Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Products must be returned with the original proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt. Returns without proof of purchase may not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at suiaspyyds@ultimatetypingkeyboard.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and details about the product.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable. Please include the RMA number prominently on the return package.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will arrange for a DHL courier to pick up the package from your address at our expense.
  • If the return is for other reasons, such as a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To estimate the shipping cost, visit our webshop, select your country, add the item(s) to be returned to your cart, and the shipping cost will be shown.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. If the product meets the return eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. The exact time depends on your financial institution’s processing times.
  • If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be credited back to your gift card or store credit account.

5. Non – Returnable Items

  • Certain items are non – returnable, including personalized or custom – made keyboards, software downloads, and opened accessories such as keycap sets if they have been used.
  • Perishable items, such as food or consumables, are also non – returnable.
  • Items that have been damaged or modified by the customer, or are not in their original condition, may not be eligible for return.

6. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original product following the return process above. Once the return is processed and the refund is issued, you can place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at suiaspyyds@ultimatetypingkeyboard.com. Provide details about the damage or defect, along with photos if possible.
  • We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you as soon as possible. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged or defective product for inspection.

8. Special Considerations

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return. These fees are not refundable by us.
